About the Position: This position is with the Army Reserve Medical Command, Army Professional Medical Command located in Forest Park, Georgia.
Duties
Implements regulatory guidance on Civilian human resources, military technician strength and conditions of employment, and organizational structures.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in processing of pay and other personnel actions.
Conducts staff inspections to ensure compliance with administrative regulations and procedures.
Reviews, Processes, solves problems pertaining to military personnel actions.
Communicate, orally and in writing, to internal and external customer.
Reviews and maintains military administrative and personnel correspondence for correctness.
Interpret regulatory directives and procedures to provide advice and assistance to organization and command.
Advises and assist the Commander, staff and other offices regarding administrative matters.
Review incoming directives and publications and assure dissemination to impacted staff.
Provides knowledge of management principles, practices, and techniques of administrative services to organization.
Analyze and recommend improvement to administrative practice to command.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which is includes providing advice and assistance to management and personnel regarding various administrative support functions, compiling data for manpower reports, administering records management functions, and assists with regulatory support. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/ level position in the federal service (GS-07).

Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Business Administration or Management.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
