THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. NEW MEXICO ARMY NATIONAL GUARD **This is an indefinite position** This National Guard position is for a RESOURCE MANAGER, Position Description Number T5432P01 and is part of the NM CFMO, National Guard.

Duties

This position is located in ARNG Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO), Resource Management Branch. The purpose of this position is to accomplish management and financial administration of programs under the control of the CFMO. Supervises the work of the function.

Requirements

• May be required to successfully complete a probationary period.
• Participation in direct deposit is mandatory.
• The incumbent of this position description must have, at a minimum, a completed National Agency Check (NAC) prior to position assignment
• An individual convicted of a qualifying crime of domestic violence may not perform the duties of this positions.
• Ability to establish effective professional working relationships with coworkers and customers, contributing to a cooperative working environment and successful accomplishment of the mission.
• This is an indefinite position.

Qualifications

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 24 months of broadening finance, resource management, accounting and/or audit program experiences in leading, planning and scheduling program work in a manner that promotes smooth flow and even distribution of assigning work requirements. Prior experience in a state National Guard Construction and Facilities Management Office/Installations and Environment (G9), a state United States Property and Fiscal Office or at ARNG G9 is required. Must have Familiarity with GFEBS and cooperative agreements. Must be eligible for entry into the position's financial management certification career program.
