Duties

Clean rooms, corridors, stairways, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, strip, and polish using brooms, mops, lightweight equipment such as vacuum cleaners and lightweight floor scrubbers, waxers, and buffers. Dust, wax, and polish furniture and fixtures. Clean, disinfect, and deodorize bathroom and toilet facilities. Empty trash. Provide and replenish toiletries and room condiments. Make beds and change linen. Wash mirrors, walls, windows, and blinds. Note condition of room and report any conditions requiring maintenance or repair. Maintain stock of room and cleaning supplies and condiments to perform assigned duties.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Must attend Team Member Orientation within the first thirty (30) days of employment.
• This is a flexible position. Flexible positions have no guaranteed hours. A flexible employee serves in a continuing position on a scheduled or as needed basis.
• Must be available to work days and evenings.
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Must be available to work rotating shifts.
• Must be available for Community Events that Business Operations Division supports. The events include, but not limited to, Oktoberfest, Freedom Fest, Children’s Fest, and Winterfest.

Qualifications

Must be able to follow simple oral instructions and use hand or light weight powered cleaning tools and equipment as described which generally require no prior training or previous work experience.
