You will serve as a PROGRAM SUPPORT SPECIALIST in the varies departments of UNIF SRVS UNI OF THE HLTH SCI.
Duties
You will provide educational, analytical, and administrative technical guidance, advice, and assistance on educational and administrative operations, programs, and activities of the organization.
You will develop, implement, and perform ongoing responsibilities regarding the administrative aspects of undergraduate, graduate, or doctorial education programs, services, and activities of the department.
You will resolve complex problems that may impact the operation of these programs.
You will manage and coordinate academic appointments and educational activities of various departments and/or branch campuses for final approval.
You will analyze various information, educational documentation, financial information, reports, and statistical information and provides guidance and advice to administrators, management, faculty, staff and student personnel on assigned programs.

- This is a bargaining unit position.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning and reviewing daily program operations in support of students and faculty, and administrative operations in an educational environment.
