Duties

Serve as the Engineering Division point of contact for quality processes and procedures. Implementing new programs for continuous quality improvement. Team lead for development, implementation, and operation of organizational quality management policy. Manages the DrChecks system. Ensuring project schedules correctly incorporate requirements of their respective QMP. Investigates all incidents of reported design deficiencies during construction and develops, manages and maintains lessons learned data for implementation of lessons learned. Serves as the Data Integration Team Lead, supporting management of project production delivery programs to strengthen efficiency of engineering activities.

In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you MUST also meet the qualification requirements listed below: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes leading and establishing action plans to develop new approaches to improve organizational processes, products, and services for construction; using the DrChecks system. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you MUST meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
