You will serve as a TRAINING TECHNICIAN (STUDENT MANAGEMENT) of NAVAL AIR TECHNICAL TRAINING CENTER.
Duties
You will develop schedules for courses blocks of courses to ensure timely course completion
You will enter information into training database to update or maintain student information
You will deliver oral presentations to relay program information.
You will write reports to provide status updates.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Receiving, reviewing, scanning, submitting, and verifying receipt and processing of student management related forms and documentation into applicable computer software systems; 2) Establishing and maintaining local files, notebooks, and automated records; 3) Extracting data from learning management systems to provide forms, documents, or reports on individual students; and 4) Providing clerical assistance and facilitating the administration of course related processes and resources, such as scheduling attendees/speakers, student indoctrination, course/training materials, venue/facilities, audio-visual aids, and standard classroom related equipment.
