Duties

You will install, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, test, and load new and existing electrical lines, circuits, systems, and associated fixtures. You will use hand and power tools, such as cable pullers, hydraulic benders, and pipe threading machines: and variety testing equipment. You will be reading and interpreting parts lists, manufacturers repair manuals, diagrams, electrical list schematics, and shipyard documents. You will be determining when parts should be cleaned and adjusted or replaced. You will be communicating both orally and in writing to sufficiently allow an equally experienced employee to understand the information being presented.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
