Duties
You will be responsible for program management, policies, procedures, acquisition, governance, delivery, management, alignment, and execution
of the Logistics-Integrated Data Environment (L-IDE) and related Logistics IT (LOG IT) efforts
You will manage the Program, Planning, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) for the L-IDE project budget and associated POM processes
You will support and oversee the management of acquisition life cycle phases of the L-IDE assigned program/projects.
You will lead program scheduling, communications (internal and external), business process improvements, risk/risk management, and organizational change management activities.
You will develop, maintain and implement strategic and comprehensive technical and programmatic plans aligned with the LOG IT portfolio’s objectives.
You will collaborate with DON SYSCOMS Chief Data Officers to align the management and flow of logistic system’s data throughout its life cycle.
You will identify opportunities to improve data-driven decisions and insights through a phased approach towards data exposure, cleansing, and migration.
Requirements

- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card to make official government purchases for goods and services.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Support and oversee the management of acquisition life cycle phases of assigned program/projects to include definition, development, design, integration, test and evaluation, production, installation, training, and deployment.
