Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! MCCS is a comprehensive program that supports and enhances the quality of life for Marines, their families, and others in the Marine Corps Community. We offer a team oriented environment comprised of military personnel, civilian employees, contractors and volunteers who keep the organization functioning smoothly and effectively.

Duties

The incumbent's responsibility is to lead by example, to shape and sustain a working environment most conducive to the successful performance of MCCS operations and programs on both installations. Incumbent must foster and sustain a positive atmosphere and culture with both installation staffs and MCCS Divisions that reflects professionalism, collaborative engagement, and the wholehearted customer focus of this organization.

Qualifications

A minimum of five years of related experience in leadership, management, and supervision. A baccalaureate degree is required. Must be familiar with Marine Corps staff action and MCCS management policies, concepts, practices, and principles in order to analyze and develop recommendations for improvement in MCCS operations. Ability to operate computer and associated software. Must have the ability to deal effectively and tactfully with others. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required.
