You will serve as a TRAINING TECHNICIAN for the Department of the Navy at the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) for SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS.
Duties
You will input information into a database for various students and personnel training requirements.
You will maintain training records and related training documents for students.
You will answer inquiries regarding operations and policies and procedures of an academic organization.
You will share procedural information with other staff in meetings.
You will communicate with other organizations to resolve problems or concerns.
You will prepare, maintains, or distributes various office records and files for students.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining office files with the ability to file and retrieve information and maintain suspense records in accordance with the office filing procedures; 2) Utilizing training management systems such as Corporate enterprise and Training Activity Resources System (CeTARS), Fleet Training Management and Planning Systems (FLTMPS), enterprise Navy Training Reservation System (eNTRS), and the Catalogue of Navy Training (CANTRAC) and their application to the Navy Training Management Systems; 3) Applying in depth knowledge of training methods and techniques, training allocation procedures, contract administration and training management; 4) Utilizing office automation programs, such as spreadsheets, databases and graphics to enter, maintain and retrieve student data and compile reports.
