If you have experience analyzing, managing, and directing administrative operations for a facilities management program consider joining Office of Research Facilities (ORF), Division of Facilities Operations and Maintenance (DFOM), Campus Services Branch (CSB). This position serves as the manager of the Project Contract Team (PCT) providing facilities support and administration including resource planning, contract administration, property management, and facilities repair and replacement.
Duties
As a Supervisory Program Analyst, you will:
Oversee and supervise acquisition, procurement, and contracting services and functions.
Plan, organize and carry out budget planning and administration of programs and activities.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the management and delivery of acquisition, procurement, and contracting services.
Monitor program activities to ensure fiscal expenditures remain within budget allocations.
Track and report progress and initiate adjustments to ensure project improvements remain on track.
Provide technical oversight and supervise personnel performing work in planning, development, procurement, installation and operations of major services.
Provide project and work scheduling oversight, management direction, budget monitoring, oversight of automated tracking systems, and oversight of the quality control program for campus projects and plans.
Requirements

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory Program Analyst GS-343-14 you must have at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: applying a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of facilities maintenance and operations programs; providing guidance and interpretation on current and emerging policies, regulations, and laws regarding facilities operations and programs; analyzing findings from customer quality assurance surveillance surveys and inquiries to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of facilities maintenance and operations programs; providing recommendations and guidance on the fiscal operations of a facilities operations program; and participating in strategic program planning, development, evaluation and implementation of long-term program goals and directives.
