About the Position: Serves as a Management Analyst for Fort Dix Resource Management Office, drafting new and updating existing support agreements, and the coordination of requests in office and mission functions.
Duties
Receives and analyzes requests for agreements for administrative and logistics support and/or initiates requests for agreements after thorough study of either internal or external requirements.
Responsible for a variety of statistical, administrative, and technical duties related to selection, collection, and consolidation of data.
Reviews and interprets a wide range of payroll law, policy, regulation, directives, and Defense Civilian Payroll System (DCPS) Payroll Office Advisory
Assists with implementation of a wide variety of Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) and Understanding (MOU)
Reviews all recipient requests for compliance with regulatory authority and processes donations to the payroll office.
Drafts memorandums and other appropriate forms of command correspondence to respond to inquiries.

To qualify at the GS-07 grade level you must possess the following:
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service which includes: (1) Assist in preparing civilian personnel actions automated personnel system. (2) Analyze problems relating to automated pay applications. (3) Assist with implementation of a wide variety of Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) and Understanding (MOU).
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-05).
OR
Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Business Administration
To qualify at the GS-09 grade level you must possess one of the following:
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service which includes: (1) Draft new support agreements, and the coordination of requests. (2) Perform a variety of administrative and technical support duties in support of the Budget and Manpower Division. (3) Provide guidance on civilian issues such as civilian pay, benefits, entitlements, allowances, etc. for employees or supervisors.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
OR
Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Business Administration.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
