About the Position: Inventory Management Specialist performing duties as a procurement coordinator with the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Logistics Center.

Duties

Develop the requirements packages, coordinating with supply planners, order fulfillment specialists, weapon systems sustainment teams, contracting center, engineering support activity, and other stakeholders as necessary. Support the efficient and effective management of an assigned procurement program, and track and evaluate supplier performance. Manage and deliver repairable products and services through the Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements to enable and sustain systems for operational readiness.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Secret security clearance.
  • Data Analytics, level one, within 12 months of job enty.
  • Acquisition certification, Life Cycle Logistics, Foundational level, within 3 years of job entry.
