You will serve as a EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES and SERVICES ASSISTANT in the Transaction Service Center of TRAVEL PROCESSING CENTER.
Duties
You will serve as the liaison for assigned customers; balances customer requirements with the funds available; and obtains the various services needed to schedule and meet organizational and customer needs.
You will monitor the execution of duties by custodial service providers and reports discrepancies to the appropriate authority.
You will provide services concerning equipment, facilities and other related issues for organizational customers.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Coordinating office furniture and equipment moves to meet customer needs; 2) Monitoring safety conditions within the building and exterior areas; and 3) Arranging transportation for special events/office moves and maintaining standards for building services and upkeep.
