You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the TRAINING COMMAND of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.

Duties

You will provide technical assistance to TRNGCMD Civilian Marines and Managers on Performance Management System. You will make oral and written reports and presentations, and prepares necessary narratives, statistics, graphs, and charts You will prepare and submit requests for personnel actions using the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), that include recruitment, reassignment/realignment, LWOP, Awards, Corrections and Separations You will make oral and written reports and presentations, and prepare necessary narratives, statistics, graphs, and charts.

Requirements

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.

Qualifications

GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating program/business requirements to determine funding and manpower/resource needs to determine overall program effectiveness. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assessing quantitative data to analyze program/business requirements to improve the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals and objectives. 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

or

LL.B. or J.D., if related
