This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the Associate Director - DC Replacement Facility Program. As a Program Manager (Deputy Associate Director DC Replacement Facility Program), you will serve high-level assignments, including coordinating research, developing project plans, directing the preparation and production of appropriate reports, Congressional testimonies and reports, official correspondence and other documents required of the Associate Director.
Duties
As a Program Manager (Deputy Associate Director DC Replacement Facility Program), you will:
Exercise delegated managerial authority and oversee the timely execution of all projects/programs for the D.C Replacement Facility (DCRF), including development, assignment, and higher-level accountability of goals and objectives for supervisors or managers of subordinate organizational units or lower organizational levels.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with various high-level individuals, including other legislative and executive agencies.
Support the Associate Director and coordinate with the BEP Senior Executive Team and staff, Federal Reserve Board (FRB) Officers and staff, U.S. Treasury Executive Leadership and staff, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) executives and staff of the successful outcome of program initiatives.
Prepare and deliver written and oral presentation materials (i.e., official reports, policy option memoranda and briefing papers related organizational and programmatic matters and to make oral presentations regarding the same).
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes:
- Managing or overseeing all aspects of a program to achieve an organization's mission; AND
- Developing a team to assist with meeting an organization's goals; AND
- Communicating with high-level individuals, internally and externally, to achieve organizational objectives.
In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-15, you must have been at the GS-14level for 52 weeks.
