This position serves as a Program Analyst in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Western-Pacific Region, Office of Policy, International Affairs & Environment (APL), Office of National Engagement and Regional Administration (ARA). The position reports to the Supervisory Senior Advisor.

FV-H Band Duties:

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
• Some, all or none of the applicants may be interviewed.
• This position may be filled at the FV-H or FV-I at the discretion of management.

Qualifications

Specialized Experience:To qualify for the H Band position applicants must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience at the next lower grade level of FV-G/GS-10/11 that equipped the applicant with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.Specialized experience requirement for the FV-H : Specialized experience is experience communicating and working collaboratively with a wide variety of individuals both inside and outside the immediate organization on complex or controversial issues. Experience drafting letters, presentations, or other documents with use of automated software Microsoft Office products to include Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.To qualify for the I Band position, applicants must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience at the next lower grade level of FV-H/FG/GS-12 that equipped the applicant with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position Is:Specialized experience requirement for the FV-ISpecialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience is experience analyzing and interpreting an organization’s policies and operational programs. Experience translating organizational program goals and objectives into specific actions or initiatives and implementing them. Experience representing an organization to internal and external stakeholders to include but not limited to management and staff, elected officials and staff, and/or the public.
