You will serve as a COMSEC Alternate Manager in the Marine Corps Development and Integration of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD.

Duties

You will manage the enterprise-wide implementation of new or changes to existing communication security capabilities. You will ensure safe and secure handling and accountability of cryptographic material and electronic key equipment is performed at all times. You will conduct training to ensure that all personnel handling communication security material are familiar and adhere to proper procedures.

• Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) Training is preferred for the management of the KMI account once established. The incumbent must have completed KMI Operating Account Manager (KOAM) course of instruction for the KMI Suite.
• This is a Testing Designated Position (TDP). Position is subject to a random Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph and drug testing.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing all actions associated with the receipt, handling, issuing, safeguarding, accounting, and disposition of communication security material.
