This position serves as the Physical and Mental Wellness Program Manager in the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Office of Administration (HAD), and is responsible for managing and directing all facets of a comprehensive agency wide Physical and Mental Wellness Program, to include supporting the Administration’s priorities in advancing physical and mental wellness in the workplace.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience requirements. For the GS-15: You must have at least one year of experience, equal or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level, which included:
Experience planning, scheduling, and conducting projects, studies, and/or programs to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in a program or support setting, such as developing detailed plans, goals, and objectives for the long-range implementation and administration of the program; and/or developing criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the program.
You cannot qualify based on education; you must have experience at this grade level.
