About the Position: Serve as the Management analyst for the Resource Management Office for the District, performing a wide range of budget, manpower, and administrative functions.

Duties
Managing the agencies operating budget by analyzing accounting reports and cost analysis to maintain expenditure controls.
Consulting with program managers to ensure budget adjustments are made in accordance with budget strategies and techniques.
Balancing team workload according to workflow, availability, and skill level.
Communicating the status of milestones and deadlines for completion of assignment, projects, and tasks.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This is a Financial Management Level 2 DoD FM Certification position. Incumbent of this position is required to comply with all DoD and Department of the Army requirements.
