This position is with the Small Business Administration, Office of Field Operations - Region V in Cleveland, Ohio. The Program Manager (District Director) is responsible for meeting the needs of the district office's constituency through the development and implementation of the District Office Strategic Plan and management of all district office programs and activities.

Qualifications
GS-15
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector:
(1) Developing, communicating and implementing the strategy, vision and direction of an organization with a diverse customer base; AND
(2) Managing or advising on the day-to-day operations of an organization, which must include business development, marketing and outreach; AND
(3) Subject matter expert in at least one of the following: financial, lending, procurement, economic development, or human resources matters; AND
(4) Leading individuals to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
