The primary purpose of this position is to evaluate effectiveness for Supply functions, including locally developed forms, OI's, checklists, technical orders, AFI's, and other governing standards pertaining to all aspects of Supply operations and procedures.

Qualifications
Experience requirements are described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Supply Program Management Series.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least 1 year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-02, equivalent to the next lower grade GS-07 or equivalent in other pay systems. Specialized experience is experience in perform Performance Evaluations (PE's), inspections and observations following guidance in AFI 20-111, LCAP inspection checklists. Enter observations, inspections, and evaluation reports into appropriate QA database. Performs work in association with reviewing, adapting and implementing Operating Instructions (Ols), local and higher level objectives and technical orders pertaining to the quality, handling and distribution of supply products in support quality objectives. Relies on guidance from AFI 23-201 Compliance Program. Evaluates/rates employees on compliance/performance of various supply programs. Uses manual or automated means to read, record, and properly document information pertaining to supply operations. Provides a program analysis for upper level management to measure current status against planned objectives. Analyzes and evaluates supply operational requirements through examining problems, or potential problem areas identified by the Chief of Operations Compliance, Flight Chiefs, unexpected fluctuations or trends in statistics, or by direction of higher headquarters. Prepares written results of analysis through the use and application of analytical summaries and staff study reports.

Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
I. Knowledge of a wide range of well-established and commonly applied supply principles, concepts, and methodologies in on or more of the technical supply specializations, or of supply program operations.
2. Knowledge of operations and/or procedures to provide services and resolve issues and problems of a procedural nature in supply operations, planning, or program management.
3. Knowledge of established supply systems to weigh the impact of such variables-as-cost, existing policies and procedures, data processing requirements, and other issue4s that influence the course of action taken.
4. Knowledge to analyze information; trace sequences of transactions to resolve questions; prepare entries for supply record systems; provide supply inf01mation, reports, and services; and recommend actions to eliminate problems.
5. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing without significant speech impediment and experience in preparation of slides, graphs, and/or other briefing materials.???????
