Duties

Responsible for management control and efficient operation of the Temporary Lodging Facilities up to 40 units. Responsible for the front office, housekeeping and maintenance functions.

Qualifications

A minimum of three years experience in managing a motel/hotel type operation. A Certified Hotel Administrator designation preferred. Ability to supervise employees accomplishing work. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with subordinates, officials and others. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing. Knowledge of NAF policies and procedures preferred. This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance.
