The primary purpose of this position is to integrate information operations (IO), cyberspace operations (CO), electromagnetic warfare (EW), public affairs (PA) and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) disciplines to support the conduct of IW.
Duties
Serves as the Sensitive Activities (SA) supervisor/manager.
Serves as the Sensitive Activities (SA) senior planner.
Manages, analyzes, and defines technical and other assessment strategies on Sensitive Activity (SA) programs and applications identified for possible support to operations capabilities.
Serves as a C-NAF Staff Action Officer.

- All new DCIPS employees are required to complete a two-year DCIPS trial period.
- Position is designated special-sensitive and requires eligibility for access to SCI, other Special Sensitive information, or involvement in Special Access Programs to perform the duties of the position. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.

- This position has been designated as a Testing Designated Position. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing. Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions presents a clear threat to the mission.

- An advanced intelligence-related or professional/scientific degree is highly desirable.

Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions.
This is a GG-14 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-14 duties for the "Supervision/Managment" work category are at the "Senior" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-14 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Examples of creditable experience include: knowledge of a cyberspace operations and electromagnetic warfare ISR disciplines to perform and manage Sensitive Activity offices; knowledge of advanced dissemination principles, concepts, and methods to disburse the most complex information/situations attained from multiple sources; and knowledge of the national intelligence community, structure, organizations and mission/functions, interrelationships and operations; knowledge of supervisory responsibilities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Expert knowledge of DoD and inter-agency joint planning processes, including those used to facilitate collaboration with non-DoD program partners.
2. Expert knowledge of federal laws, executive orders, instructions, directives, principles, and practices governing DoD, US Cyber Command, and Air Force sensitive activities.
3. Knowledge of safety regulations, practices, and procedures; security regulations, practices, and procedures to handle, protect, and maintain control of TS/SCI classified material.
4. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; negotiate complex issues with multiple stakeholders; maintain good working relationships across a broad, diverse community of practice.
5. Skill in system acquisition and analysis of system data for operational validation and identification of deficiencies
6. Ability to analyze, interpret, and integrate complex Air Force and CCMD support requirements into plans, activities, and operations and make recommendations to senior leadership in unique situations with no precedence
