You will serve as an Intelligence Specialist in the Marine Forces Reserve - Intelligence Section G-2 responsible for collecting, reviewing, interpreting, evaluating and integrating data from all-source intelligence in assessing the relevance and significance of developing events in assigned areas. Located in New Orleans, LA.
Duties
You will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, interpreting, evaluating and integrating data from all-source intelligence in assessing the relevance and significance of developing events in assigned areas.
You will analyze intelligence information to assess developments, trends, and threats implications.
You will perform duties as the Collection Requirements Manager for the G-2 Directorate.
You will attend collection management venues and collaborate with service component and national agencies to acquire, sustain and maximize access to evolving collection management data, platforms, and structures.
You will represent the MARFORSOUTH/MARFORRES G-2 at MARFORSOUTH/MARFORRES and DoD forums.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing intelligence-related research, analysis, collections and /or operations; 2) Utilizing an extensive knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle and organizations; 3) utilizing an extensive knowledge of and/or ability to use research tools such as library holdings, photographs, statistics, graphics and maps; and; 4) utilizing extensive knowledge of the systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and disseminating intelligence data.
