You will serve as a MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR in the Facilities Maintenance Engineering Division of MCRD ERR PI SC.
Duties
You will be responsible for the overall operation of a variety of motor vehicles.
You will oversee the loading and unloading of passengers and materials, the recording of a travel log and inspection of work-related equipment.
You will drive vehicles either on a specific trip basis or upon a regularly established schedule and route to transport material, equipment and personnel.
You will report any defects in vehicle operations, accidents, damages or traffic violations.
You will conduct road test for career and civilian military personnel in groups of 5-10.

Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current Class B drivers license.
- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
- This is a bargaining unit position.
Qualifications
