Qualifications

What are we looking for?Knowledge and experience of business management, preferably in a sales and production related field, that includes the use of financial and personnel management principals, practices, methods, and techniques.  Ability to supervise employees in the accomplishment of work.  Ability to calculate proper exposure times, and to determine when to shoot positives and negatives to the screen material. Knowledge of computer graphics, and an eye for detail, and must be well versed in grammar, punctuation, and spelling.  Ability to operate design and printing equipment in the accomplishment of work. Ability to select tools, equipment and material for production.  Ability to maintain adequate levels of inventory.
