This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Payment Resolution Support Division. As a Program Analyst (Project Manager), you will serve as a senior Program Analyst, executing a wide range of Project Management responsibilities and collaborate with project resources from a diverse resource pool.
Duties
As a Program Analyst (Project Manager), you will:
Promote team building and partners with other PIRS divisional resources and Fiscal Service organizations.
Serve as the Change Manager administering assigned projects' Kanban Boards and may be assigned multiple projects simultaneously.
Coordinate team efforts to implement improvement recommendations resulting in metrics improvements, operational efficiency, cost control, and improved customer satisfaction.

Specialized Experience For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes:
- Experience serving as a Project Manager leading a project team in an agile/scrum environment for an information technology system.; AND
- Solutioning problems with project teams associated with on-premises or cloud hosted applications for meeting mission needs or program objectives delivering changes to infrastructure or software for operational requirements.; AND
-Experience using analytical and/or evaluative methods, updating systems policies, procedures, such as change management, communications management, or risk management, for a variety of key stakeholder groups.
