Duties
You will participate in the development of requirements to include supporting documents, as appropriate (e.g., Market Research Report (MRR), Independent Government Estimate (IGCE)); understand customer request process.
You will customer assist with requirements and ensures timely submission into Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), to ensure package is complete.
You will be a liaison for MCCOG plan and advise on procurement actions with requesting offices. Ensures supplies/services are delivered as needed and problems are resolved.
You will conduct monthly acquisition planning meetings with customers. Advise customer on requirement status.
You will coordinate and perform a variety of administrative planning and coordination duties to provide and maintain support.
You will serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Provide subject matter expertise to ensure the requirements of assigned contracts are met.
You will provide management with status/progress and identifies potential problems.
You will actively engage, cooperate, and effectively communicate with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
Requirements

Qualifications
Applicants must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly relates to the work of the position to be filled..
(1) Experience and knowledge of contracting and/or procurement regulations, principles, and procedures to provide supporting documents, as appropriate (e.g., Market Research Report (MRR), Independent Government Estimate (IGCE) in the planning phase of requirements and understand customer request process.
(2) Knowledge of applicable federal regulations for Information Technology (IT) acquisitions to ensure compliance.
(3) Ability to coordinate and perform a variety of administrative planning and coordination duties to provide and maintain support.

Education
