Serves as a human resources liaison providing program and operational support for a vast array of human capital program areas.
Duties
Performs a variety of administrative, organizational, and analytical assignments/tasks to provide customer support services to a nationally disbursed organization of attorneys and non-legal support professionals. Reports directly to the Manager, Workforce Services Team.

Qualifications
Applicants must demonstrate at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/pay band (FV-H, FG/GS-12) that is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.Specialized experience is defined as: Experience administering and managing various human capital programs and processes to provide support to a diverse professional workforce; andExperience utilizing various automated databases and software programs (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to gather, extract, manipulate, and compile data from multiple sources and to provide administrative and program support within an office setting.Desirable candidate(s) will have experience with:Training or leading peers or a team of analysts or administrative support personnel on human capital related programs.Using at least 3 of the following systems to accomplish work assignments: 1) automated recruitment systems (e.g., Monster, USAJOBS, USA Staffing, Automated Vacancy Information Access Tool for Online Referral (AVIATOR); 2) document management systems (e.g., Case and Document Management System (CDMS), Teams, Google Docs, and SharePoint; 3) personnel processing and reporting systems (e.g., HR Connect; National Finance Center (NFC), EPIC Processing, Inquiry, and Correction System (EPIC), Federal Personnel Payroll System (FPPS), and Oracle Business Intelligent Enterprise Edition (OBIEE); 5) workforce tracking management system (e.g., Workforce Transformation Tracking System (WTTS); or 6) Position Designation Tool (PDT).You should include relevant examples of this experience in your work history.
