Duties
You will work under the direct supervision of the Industrial Manager and will be provide coordination for all funding and purchasing issues necessary to support the delivery of the industrial services area.

Qualifications
To Qualify for the GS-09 Grade Level: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
Examples of qualifying specialized experience include:
Knowledge of accounting theories, principles, practices and techniques.
Participated in financial audits, performing auditing assignments while applying financial principles, methods, techniques and procedures.
Monitoring obligations, developing, gathering and analyzing financial data, reconciliation and oversight of accounts;
Researching and resolving errors related to orders, deliveries and billing, track orders, monitor corrective action plans;
Preparing accounting data for briefings and reports, developing statistical and trend reports.
OR
Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree. OR 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree. OR LL.B. or J.D., if related. OR Combination of Education and Experience: Only graduate education in excess of the amount required for the next lower grade level may be used to qualify applicants for positions at the grade level GS-09. National Service Experience (i.e., volunteer experience): Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
The Office of Personnel management (OPM) must authorize employment offers made to current or former political appointees. Student Loan: Selectee(s) for this position who are newly appointed to a permanent or term position may be eligible for student loan repayment up to $10,000 (pre-tax) for one calendar year. More than one loan may be repaid if the combined repayments do not exceed $10,000. Receipt of this incentive will require a three-year service agreement.
