This position is located within the Operations Division of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs' (OFCCP) Mid-Atlantic Regional Office. The purpose of the OFCCP is to enforce, for the benefit of job seekers and wage earners, the contractual promise of affirmative action, and equal employment opportunity required of those who do business with the Federal government.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.

GS-07: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-6, in the Federal Service. Specialized Experience is defined as an applicant having the following:
Preparing travel authorizations and vouchers and making travel arrangements.
Maintaining office calendars and appointment/meeting schedules.
Drafting portions of case reports and assembling backup material such as exhibits and evidence.
GS-08: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-7, in the Federal Service. Specialized Experience is defined as an applicant having the following:
Assisting with the coordination of routine requests for Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
Collecting and entering program data into the Compliance Management System (CMS) or similar case management system.
Drafting portions of case reports and assembling backup material such as exhibits and evidence.
Education
Any applicant falsely claiming an academic degree from an accredited school will be subject to actions ranging from disqualification from federal employment to removal from federal service.
