You will serve as a PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER in the PUBLIC AFFAIRS OFFICE of DDHBAP ASIA PACIFIC CENTER FOR SECURITY STUDIES.
Duties
You will shoot, edit, post, print, and distribute various sizes and types of photos for display.
You will storyboard, script, shoot, edit, and produce videos.
You will use specialized photographic equipment, techniques, and processes to develop, modify, or adapt equipment and procedures to meet new requirements.
You will design and create information technology-based multimedia products such as websites, DVDs, and social media that combine text with sounds, pictures, graphics, video-clips, virtual reality, and digital animation.
You will create, edit, and produce professional quality videos using specialized software for various purposes such as Center displays, website, and social media viewing.
You will create storyboards, scripts, shoots, edits and produce videos to support the Center's mission.
You will plan and facilitate studio and field-based video production work, including the planning, filming, editing, sound mixing, graphic design and compression output and distribution of a wide range of products.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: operating camera and processing equipment which may have been gained in operating still cameras, copy cameras, motion picture cameras, video camcorders, or other types of camera equipment that involved arranging lighting and composition, and developing and printing film or negatives.
