Duties
Provide vetted logistics program management support and recommendations to OPM -SANG staff counterparts in Saudi Arabia
and to the customer for the purchase, transfer, and/or lease of Defense articles and services.
Coordinate case development internally, within the U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC) buying activities and Life Cycle Management Commands (LCMCs)
and manage the development and execution of foreign military sales cases to ensure cases accurately reflect the customer's requirements and includes Total Package support.
Serve as primary contact for life cycle management of foreign military sales items of equipment for the MNG Modernization Program, monitoring of the Repair and Return contract, freight forwarder activities, reviewing price and availability data,
assist in the facilitating the preparation and processing of final Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), LOA Amendments, and LOA Modifications, and identifying candidates for case closure and initiating case closure actions.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Secret Clearance required
- SCW certification; 3 year - Intermediate Level and Complete certification-related continuous learning requirements in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2017, Title 10 United States Code, Section 384.
- Travel for business up to 25%

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience at the GS-11 in the Federal Service or equivalent, which includes:
a) Research and analyze services in the Logistical Support arena to include Supply and Services, Maintenance and Transportation;
And
b) Perform cost and schedule analysis to functional area staffs on ground acquisition and support projects;
And
c) Manage the development and execution of foreign military sales cases.
