Duties
You will perform administrative business practices, personnel processing, accountability, records management, travel, accounting, budget, and other related financial management work.
You will provide dedicated and centralized support to program budgets for critical programs, including facilities, office supplies and equipment, vehicles, accountable property, communications services and devices, travel, etc.
You will order all supplies and services, reconcile expenditures, and track major equipment purchases through appropriate databases.
You will serve as the subject matter expert for an office concerning vehicles, correspondence, scheduling, purchasing, security-related matters, and Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) administrator.
You will ensure accounts are active and up-to-date in order for personnel to sustain operational travel requirements and analyze monthly reports to verify all GTCC’s are used in accordance with published regulations, guidelines, and policies.
You will serve as the timekeeper with the responsibility of ensuring accuracy of time and attendance records and coordinate with appropriate supervisors to resolve discrepancies with any employee’s pay and leave usage/balances.
You will participate in meetings and provide briefings on analytical findings and recommendations.
You will serve as the security coordinator and ensures assigned office(s) are compliant with security-related requirements, to include the Communications Security (COMSEC) material program.
You will advise office management on the status of funds that includes Travel, Governmental Purchase Card (GPC) (Monthly Services and Supplies/Equipment Accounts), and Emergency and Extraordinary Expense (EEE).
You will research, collect, review, interpret, evaluate, and integrate data from multiple sources
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
Qualifications
GS-09 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Providing administrative support which includes office budgeting, property management, arranging travel, data processing and files management, time and attendance issues; providing support with report writing and submitting entries into databases.
GS-07 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Providing administrative support to include supporting personnel with data processing, records management, and travel arrangements.

Education
GS-09 Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

LL.B. or J.D., if related

combination of education and experience (combined 100%).
GS-07 Education: 1 full year of graduate level education
or
superior academic achievement
or
combination of education and experience (combined 100%).
