You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command of OFFICE OF THE COMMANDING GENERAL. Duties

You will compile, integrate, and review raw data and instructional material recommendations provided by instructors to ensure quality control in curriculum management. You will provide guidance and direct assistance in processing course information. You will develop curriculum, and training materials, based on Marine Corps training requirements. You will gather, process, evaluate, and report on feedback data from internal and external sources.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) performing duties relative to principles, concepts, and methodology of large-scale databases, training devices, and integration into the learning environment; (2) performing duties relative to curriculum development and testing and evaluation; (3)ability to interpret training policies and to develop policy-based solutions for a wide variety of training problems; (4) ability to prepare required reports and analysis and effectively communicate them to leadership and supported organizations. master's or equivalent graduate degree

or

2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
