You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the SHORE MANPOWER REQUIREMENTS DEPARTMENT of NAVMAC DET JAX.
Duties
You will gather, research, organize, analyze and interpret total force healthcare manpower data to develop and establish human capital requirements.
You will provide written analysis of manpower requirements determination studies, reports and/or change recommendations.
You will collect and analyze workload data, structure and organizational functions concerning interrelated work processes or functions to support manpower documents development.
You will serve as a team lead or participant for special projects and studies regarding analysis, interpretation and planning of manpower and workload issues.
You will ensure the technical accuracy of data collection plans for the analysis, development and implementation of workload data and operational support standards.
You will provide manpower determination information and analytical guidance to command military and civilian analyst and colleagues and other manpower managers.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing and performing work sampling audits, task and function analysis, time studies, and advanced statistical analysis and correlation modeling; 2) Applying mathematical methods to organize, interpret, and summarize numerical data using spreadsheet, word processing, and automated information systems; 3) Providing usable information in documentation, presentations and reports that summarize manpower study results; and 4) Participating on teams to gather data, measure performance, formulates plans, schedules, and requirements of assigned programs and issues areas.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
