You will serve as an EQUAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST in the Human Resources Office Northwest of USPACFLT EEO PROGRAM MANAGEMENT.
Duties
You will serve as a functional expert in the area of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaint processing.
You will develop and implement innovative methodologies and processes for the effective resolution, management, processing and settlements.
You will use internal and external databases and spreadsheet to track, analyze and report on both informal and formal complaints of discrimination.
You will analyze bases and root causes of complaints, identify trends and develop recommended approaches to prevent and to resolve/settle complaints, as appropriate.
You will provide guidance to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Counselors on their counseling duties and attempts to resolve informal complaints.
You will ensure timeliness of complaint processing in accordance with regulatory timeframes.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing advice and guidance by developing, implementing or improving processes and procedures of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) or Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR) complaint processing to ensure effective compliance with regulatory requirements.
