You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Ground Standards Branch of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Duties
You will analysis and evaluate methods, procedures, and techniques established for managing training and education programs related to learning concepts in creating syllabus for essential billets, and interactive learning theory content.
You will transition newly validated training mandates and leadership’s vision into tangible actions by developing courses of action and plans of action and milestones for implementation, and by identifying resource requirements.
You will develop and execute program goals and objectives, including short range and multi-year master plans to meet and forecast requirements for GSB based on information provided by the Branch Head and Division Director.
You will serve as subject matter expert on Strategic Planning tools and methodologies, such as Vision/Campaign Plan.
You will develop action plans, to include long range goals and objectives to implement strategic planning initiatives; monitors accomplishment of goals; and initiates and implements corrective action to achieve them.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in planning, developing, implementing, and providing oversight on training and education requirements of considerable breath and complexity to ensure program consistency and compliance with established guidelines and establishing criteria to measure the attainment of program or organizational goals and objectives.
