About the position: This position will be assigned to the Gold Country Inn, Beale AFB, CA. This position is FLEX, with no guaranteed hours but can work anywhere from 0-40 hours per week. Must be physically able to frequently lift & empty wastebaskets; frequently pushing carts, weighing more than 50 pounds, loaded with dirty laundry or wastepaper; occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds. Must be able to continuously stand, stoop, & reach for long periods of time.

Duties

The function of the organization is to provide lodging to transient personnel and their families. The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of simple cleaning tasks associated with lodging operations. Cleans lodging guest rooms, corridors, stairways, facilities, and other assigned lodging areas. Requirements

• This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
• This position requires the incumbent to complete a drug test with favorable results.
• This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and one every three years thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health and ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position.
• This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations.
• The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles.
