You will serve as a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR in the Maintenance Division, Public Works Department, of MCRD ERR PI SC.
Duties
You will Oversee and prioritize the scheduling, completion, and Quality of all Preventive and Corrective Maintenance through subordinate work leaders.
You will conduct Performance Management and Appraisal Counseling and reporting of all assigned subordinate Employees.
You will Administer the Safety Program maintaining strict compliance of all Occupational Health and Safety Administration regulations, Marine Corp Safety Orders, MCRD Safety Orders.
You will provide Administrative accountability for matters such as employee submitted scheduled hourly work and overtime, leave requests, vacation requests, grievances, and discipline.
You will Develop and Implement Employee technical training programs.
You will supervise and ensure accuracy of an authorized information management system to ensure accountability of work, timeliness, completion, and associated costs.
You will monitor work order production to maintain successful completion rate above 90% in both required time of delivery and accuracy of work performed.
You will conduct inventories and updates quarterly assigned sub custody consolidate Memorandum of Record Assets.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to possess and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
