Duties
Evaluates and resolves operational issues referred by subordinate process managers, supervisors, or senior management.
Assures subordinate functional experts provide and facilitate functional coordination across the Contract Management Office (CMO).
Provides personnel and resource management supervision and fosters Teamwork.
Provides guidance to Commanders and Deputies on a wide range of topics including, budget and civilian manpower allocations, personnel management practices, health, safety, and deployment and numerous other support activities.
Reviews and certifies accuracy of position descriptions and assures that those requiring adjustments are revised.

- Appointment is subject to the completion of a favorable suitability or fitness determination, where reciprocity cannot be applied; unfavorably adjudicated background checks will be grounds for removal.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory Management Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position. To qualify for the NH-03 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-02 or GS-11 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Overseeing an organization's resource management activities such as budget, manpower and training requirements;
Planning, supervising, managing and/or leading a group of employees responsible for providing oversight and direction of a wide variety of staff actions and projects which are designed to facilitate accomplishment of the overall CMO/Center mission.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
