You will serve as a Billeting Clerk (OA) in the Bachelor Housing Division, G-F Department of MARINE CORPS BASE.
Duties
You will coordinate with tenant commands to input enterprise Military Housing (eMH) data related to the check-ins and vacates of residents, block and unblock beds, and the general updating of resident information.
You will create, copy, edit, calculate, revise, retrieve, store and print a wide range of documents in final format form handwritten drafts (e.g., correspondence, reports, graphs, calendar, statistics, mailing labels, tables, Etc.).
You will assist the Director in designing, installing, and maintaining an automated database for statistical and historical information relating to bachelor housing occupancy, utilization, and maintenance.
You will be responsible for conducting and documenting inspections of public areas, grounds, and occupied and vacant quarters to evaluate cleanliness, maintenance, furnishings, and conservation of utilities.
You will submit requirements for major repairs such as paint, plaster, and refinishing floors to supervisor for typing and submission.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of general experience at or equivalent to the GS-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.
This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.

Education
In lieu of general experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of at least two full academic years of education above high school

A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience
