About the Position: Serves as The Noncommissioned Officer Leadership Center of Excellence (NCOLCoE) Training and Operations Specialist, point of contact for events, internal and external support, coordination of venue facilities, Master Activity Calendar manager, DTMS manager, and mandatory training.

Duties

Maintains the Army Training Requirements and Resources Systems (ATRRS) and has knowledge of non-ATRRS schools and courses, unit safety and reporting matters. Coordinates between subordinate organizations to detect inadequacies in programming. Assists with the resolution of problems resulting from command reprioritization Responsible for maintaining the training calendars, to include the external Long Range Training Calendar and near-term calendars.

Updating and monitoring training needs within organization to ensure completion; 2. ) Responding to administrative issues and inquiries; 3.) Maintaining personnel records for students.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as; Education, Counseling or Administration (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.) OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Education and Training Program AdministrationPartneringPlanning and EvaluatingTraining Program Evaluation Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
