You will serve as a SAPR Command VA (SAR WF) of U S MARINE FORCES CYBERSPACE COMMAND.
Duties
You will provide support for victims’ immediate needs, assess all safety concerns, provide victim information on resources that are available, serve as an advocate for the expressed interests of victims with all intervening agencies.
You will position serves as the primary initial point of contact for victims of sexual assault for the
commander.
You will provide professional and comprehensive advocacy services to individuals exhibiting a wide variety of issues related to being a victim or survivor of sexual assault.
You will assist SARC in compiling program reports, data and evaluations.
You will assist SARC in incident data collection and reporting requirements and administrative tasks to support the SAPR program.
You will conduct professional level and administrative educational and interactive training workshops/seminars on sexual assault, defining sexual assault; determining safe and confidential ways to seek assistance.
You will advise the victim of the impact of sexual assault on family members and offer referral information for family members.
Requirements

- You must be able to obtain and maintain D-SAACP certification in accordance with DoDI 6495.03.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and final TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position requires counterintelligence Polygraph, and a non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
Qualifications
Applicants must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly relates to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by: Providing professional and comprehensive advocacy services to individuals exhibiting a wide variety of issues related to being a victim or survivor of sexual assault; assisting in SARC in compiling program reports, data and evaluations; and conducting educational and interactive training workshops/seminars on sexual assault.
This position is within the Work Category PROFESSIONAL at Work Level ENTRY LEVEL, Series and Grade GG-0101-09.

Education
Applicants must meet the following positive education qualifications requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual: Applicants must possess:
- Successfully completed a behavioral or social science degree, or a degree in a related discipline appropriate to the position being filled OR
- Have a combination of education and experience that provided knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field OR
- Completed four years of appropriate experience that demonstrates knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
