This position will be assigned to the JBSA Randolph Main CDC. This is a regular part-time category position with guaranteed 20 hours per week, may work up to 40 hrs./week. Employees appointed to a regular category position are eligible for benefits. Continual standing and walking, and frequent stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and bending. Frequently lifts or moves objects weighing up to 40lbs unassisted. and occasionally lifts or moves objects weighing over 40lbs with assistance.

Requirements

• This position requires satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks in accordance with Air Force and DoD policy, and a Child Care Tier 1 background investigation.
• This position has physical lifting requirement which requires the incumbent to complete a favorable pre-employment physical. Must be able to lift 40lbs.
• This position requires the incumbent to be able to obtain, maintain, and provide evidence of current immunizations this includes annual influenza vaccinations and be free of all communicable diseases.
• This position requires the incumbent to complete assigned training, to include Food Handlers certification, within specified time from date hire or assignment to position.
• The applicant must be a U.S. Citizen or a Legal U.S. Resident for a minimum of 3 years and must reside in/around the area as noted in the Job Opportunity Announcement.
