Duties

This position is located under the Property and Fleet Management Section, Materiel Management Branch (MMB), Property, Acquisition and Safety Division (PASD), Office of Management (OM), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) in Washington, District of Columbia. in Washington, District of Columbia.

Requirements

  • You must be registered for Selective Service, if applicable.
  • Must sign a mobility agreement.
  • If selected, you may be required to complete a one-year probationary period.
  • Time-in-Grade: Federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

Qualifications

You must: Meet all qualification requirements, including education if applicable to this position, subject to verification at any stage of the application process; and Meet all applicable Time in Grade requirements (current federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the federal service by 07/01/2024 Please provide your most recent promotion or within-grade-increase SF-50 to support the TIG requirement. To qualify for the GS-13, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12. Specialized Experience: You must have at least one year of experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal, State, or Local government or equivalent public or private sector experience, performing the following duties: Develop and issue policies and procedures for a fleet program. Establish criteria and analyze trends for a fleet program. Advise senior level management on the effectiveness of a fleet program. Perform analysis of the financial status and financial operations on a fleet program.
