Duties

Serve as the Financial Manager for the Little Rock District with fully responsibility for planning, developing, implementing, and coordinating a comprehensive financial management program characterized by maximum delegation of authority. Responsible for financial management and accountability of civil and military appropriated, non-federally contributed, reimbursable and escrow funds. Develop unique operating policies and establishes procedures ensuring that a proper balance of economy and efficiency are maintained in the execution of programs. Provide the Commander and corporate staff with the capability to analyze all facets of organizational costing as it relates to work products to determine standard costing variances. Provide direction on implementation of the Management Control program based on the guidance provided by higher headquarters. Responsible for the overall personnel management and supervision (through subordinate supervisor and functional team leader) of the Resource Management Office.
