This position is located at Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Food & Beverage Entertainment in Fort Indiantown Gap, PA. Duties

Assists management with the operation of facility in accordance with established procedures. Issues, receives and controls cash receipts and change funds; verifies cash count of funds turned in by cashiers. Determines cash shortage or overages. Assists in setting up parties according to party plan and may assist bartenders in setting up bars and/or cashier bags. Completes Daily Activity Report as well as fire safety checks and secures the facility. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Satisfactory complete all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para. 2 to include a medical examination.
• Incumbent may also require completing a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally controlled facilities.
• Availability and willingness to work a rotating shift which may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Effort: Regularly lifts and carries items up to 60lbs.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 1. Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items. 2. Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages applicant must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment. 3. Skill in providing customer service. 4. Ability to communicate effectively.
