About the Position: Red River Army Depot (RRAD) is located in northeast Texas, 19 miles west of Texarkana and approximately 170 miles northeast of Dallas. Duties

Serve as document control officer. Maintain master database of directorate publications. Analyze effects required changes have on production programs. Analyze requests for forms, determine best formats, devise and draft forms. Enter actions into automated Executive Corrective Action Tracking System (ECATS) database. Analyze operating policies, procedures and directives related to maintenance repair and rebuild operations. Review directives to determine if changes are required in operating procedures to comply with new directives. Coordinate audits to determine impact procedures have on the production operation and mission requirements of maintenance operations.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Obtain and maintain a Personnel Background Investigation (NACI).
• You may be expected to travel (TDY) in this position up to 10% of the time for business purposes.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance for access to Depot Production Computer System.
• Temporary promotion may be made or extended up to a maximum of five years and can be made permanent without further competition.
• Temporary appointment may be extended in one year increments up to a maximum of three years but cannot be made permanent.
• Time Limited Detail NTE may be made or extended at management discretion.

OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
